What happens in Circle sessions?
Sessions combine training, movement, and structured conversation.
Movement comes first, sprints, padel, boxing, breathwork, mobility, and hot & cold resets. Followed by roundtable conversations that challenge thinking and broaden perspective. The format is intentional and repeatable.
Who is The Circle for?
The Circle is for athletes, entrepreneurs, operators, creatives, investors, and founders who value shared experience and want to connect shoulder to shoulder. It’s for people who care about how they operate under pressure and who they spend time alongside.
